We're Joanne and David Morris, a family-run team based in Havant, and we've been hiring out marquees and event kit since 2002. Alongside our Capri and Pagoda marquees we supply tables, chairs, flooring, dance floors, staging and lighting, and we deliver, install and collect the lot ourselves. You can see how our Capri marquees link together to cover big or awkward spaces.

Most of the kit below goes inside a marquee, but some of it works fine on its own. Tables and chairs for a garden party, for example, don't need a marquee at all.

Equipment Hire & Packages

You can build your own package by adding or removing items, or take one of our ready-made ones. The cheapest option starts at £390 and covers a 20 by 20 foot marquee with flooring, tables and side walls, delivered, installed and collected. Our packages page shows full setups for 25, 40, 80, 100 and 150 guests, and the sizes and prices page lists every marquee size we offer.

What each bit is for

Tables and chairs seat your guests, and a round table packs more people in than the same run of trestles. Flooring keeps the grass out and gives a flat surface underfoot. A dance floor gives the evening a proper surface to dance on. A stage lifts a band or a DJ up so they're easier to see and hear. Lighting keeps the space usable after dark, and up lighters or ivy garlands dress the walls up without much effort.

Capri matting is cut to match each of our marquees, so the flooring covers the full footprint. In summer, on decent grass, you can often manage without flooring altogether, but we'd always fit it under a dance floor to keep the panels level and the matting clean. All prices are per hire.
