Marquee Hire in Reading

We're Joanne and David Morris, a husband-and-wife team who have run Complete Marquees from Havant in Hampshire since 2002. Reading is about 60 miles from our workshop, up the A3 and along the M4, so we're out across the RG postcodes through the season for school fairs, weddings, summer fêtes and the corporate work along the Thames Valley.

We've done school events across Berkshire, including a leavers BBQ and a boarders' funday at LVS Ascot, so we know how these days run. Our Capri marquees link together, which means we can cover anything from a 20 by 20 foot setup for 20 to 25 people seated or standing up to a large joined build for a big crowd. Every marquee comes with half-clear, half-solid side walls as standard, and we can add flooring, tables, chairs, lighting and a dance floor as you need them. Linked builds take 100 guests or more, so we cover everything from a garden party to a large wedding or corporate dinner.

Our party packages start from £390 for a 20 by 20 foot marquee with tables, flooring and side walls, and the full packages and prices are published on the site. We deliver, set up and collect everything ourselves, so we're usually there well before your guests arrive and we don't leave until the space is exactly as agreed.

One honest note on siting: we need flat grass with no trees, bushes or hedges through the footprint, we can't attach a marquee to a building, and we don't put one up in stormy weather. It's a quick check before you book.
