Marquee Hire in Hampshire

We're Joanne and David Morris, a family-run marquee hire business based in Havant, and we've been putting up Capri and Pagoda marquees across Hampshire since 2002. We do regular delivery runs every weekend along the M27 corridor and across to Andover, Basingstoke, Winchester and the Test Valley, and we cover the rest of the county year-round, from the New Forest fringe out to the East Hampshire AONB and the coastal villages round Portsmouth.

The county knows us from the work we've done here. East Hampshire District Council have had us involved with their community festival every year since it first started, and corporate clients in the area have included CooperVision on their staff family days. We've also put up Capri marquees for weddings, 60th and 90th birthday parties and family celebrations right across Hampshire and West Sussex. We run our annual PIPA inspections from the same site for other Hampshire marquee and inflatable hire firms, so the standards we hold our own kit to are the same ones we check other operators against.

What we can set up for you

Our Capri marquees come in four sizes, from a 20 by 20 foot setup that seats 20 to 25 people up to 28 by 58 foot for around 120 seated, and we can link several together for bigger crowds. Every marquee comes with half-clear, half-solid side walls as standard, plus flooring, tables, chairs, dance floors and lighting if you need them. A few honest notes on siting. We need flat grass with no trees, bushes or hedges through the footprint, and we won't install in stormy weather. The marquees can't be attached to buildings, so the spot has to be clear of them. If you're not sure whether your garden or field will work, ring us and we'll talk it through.

Weddings, parties and corporate days

We handle weddings, birthday and family parties and corporate events across the county, and we deliver, set up and take down everything ourselves.
