About Us

We're Joanne and David Morris, and we run Complete Marquees from Havant, Hampshire. We've been putting up marquees for families and businesses since 2002, and it's still a family operation. The same small team does the delivery, the setup and the collection, so we know how each marquee goes together and we stay with it from start to finish.

We hire out Capri and Pagoda marquees for weddings, birthday parties and corporate events across Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. A Capri is a modern, straight-sided structure, quite different from the older pole tents, and it comes in four sizes from a 20 by 20 foot setup that seats around 20 up to 28 by 58 foot for 120 people or more. We can link several together when you need a bigger footprint or an awkward shape, and our sizes and prices page lists every option.

A look at our marquees

Hampshire is home ground, and the work here is what the county knows us for. East Hampshire District Council have had us involved with their community festival every year since it first started, and CooperVision have used us on their staff family days. Our sister company, Monster Event Hire, supplies the entertainment for a lot of the same events, so you can sort the shelter and the fun through one family business. We also run our annual PIPA inspections from the same site for other Hampshire hire firms, which means the standards we check other operators against are the ones we hold our own kit to.

Where the marquee can go

A few honest notes on siting. We need flat grass with no trees, bushes or hedges through the footprint, we won't install in stormy weather, and the structures can't be attached to buildings. When a garden or field looks marginal, ring us and we'll talk the site through before you commit.

We deliver, set up and collect everything ourselves, so the marquee goes up well before your guests arrive and comes down in good order afterwards.
